  3. If you are experiencing issues with trying to input your telephone number you can skip this section and neatly hand-write that section in after printing.

  4. If you continue to experience problems with this form after trying the troubleshooting methods above, please wait 30 minutes and click on the link again as the government site may be experiencing delays due to the amount of people currently accessing their site.

Q: Why does it say not to mail in your passport application if traveling in two weeks?
A: This does not apply to you since you are using an expediting service and will be sending your documents to us via fedex and not through the post office.

Q: What is the summary of fees page?
A: This is just a breakdown of the government fees. You should select passport book (and card if you ordered both) and select "expedite" under additional options.. When you click "next" you will NOT be charged anything or asked for any payment at this time. Please reference our checklist for the correct government fees to include in your Fedex package.

Q: How do I print the form after completing it?
A: When you reach the "Print your application page", scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Create Form" button. This will allow you to save and print your online application.
