I woud highly recommend using this service! I purchased the Expedited Service. It was easy and seamless! There was only 1 small thing that I would change, when you download the application form DS-82 be sure that that your printer does not cut off the bar codes on the application, as mine did! I had to reprint, resign and resubmit the application via another Fed Ex printed label at an additional $30 something dollars. But even with that glitch, all was returned to me within 20 days!!!!! My fault for not checking the dates.Had my appointment with the passport office/post office on 11/6/2023 (They arranged the appointment). I had already signed up with this company when I read the 1 star reviews. A lot of these reviews said the company was a scam and fraudulent and they never answered their phone and didn't return phone calls. I have to admit I was pretty scared. My planned trip abroad was in less than 2 weeks. To my surprise I received my passport exactly one week after going to the acceptance agency. This company is legitimate. Sometimes you have to wait on hold a bit to get through, but if you call early in the am (9 am EST) there is little or no wait. Also very closely follow the directions provided or there will be delays. I didn't understand that I needed to put a copy of my itinerary inside the sealed document envelope AND one on the outside. This set me back a day or 2 but I still received my passport one week after mailing it in. I'm one happy customer!read more

OMG if you're thinking about using this service when you're tight on time, DO IT. I selected the 1 week turn around time package. I got my passport in less than a weeks time, and I honestly think I would have gotten it even sooner if there wasn't a holiday that fell on a weekday in the middle. It was my first time using rush my passport. I rarely take the time to ever write a google review but I must say I am so impressed. After covid it seems like customer service went completely downhill and became inefficient so I was a bit apprehensive to use the service. I had a real problem. My passport needed to be renewed, it was close to the end, but I had 2 trips planned, one before the renewal, and one just 3 weeks later that would be impacted by the expiration date. I contacted the RushMyPassport representatives by phone and we discussed the best approach. using their advice, I was able to take both trips by using the old passport first, returning to the US, and then using RushMyPassport to obtain a new passport in less than 3 weeks. It came a couple of days prior to the promised delivery date and the old passport was sent with it, so I have a good photoID I can carry as a backup in case of theft or loss. I was really nervous to use this service after reading a lot of the reviews but it ended up working out great. My husband and I booked a trip and realized, after booking, his passport would expire before we left. Scrambling to see if there was anything we could do he stumbled upon this service. We took a leap of faith and hoped it would work out in time. By week 3 we felt defeated since his passport was still “in progress” and were researching some other trip ideas. Sure enough, by week 4, he now has the passport in hand. I am not sure why our experience was so much better than many but I would recommend this service to someone on a pinch. I experienced the hold up with the passport agency during covid and had to wait 12 months to get my passport back so I was very doubtful. Great notifications regarding the review process and, most importantly, timely delivery of my renewed passport. Finally, price was high but much lower than many competitors I checked. Only drawback was exceedingly long wait time trying to reach phone assistance initially to answer questions and to receive my mailing label. I had to get a passport for my daughter for a Christmas trip that came up at the last minute. The representatives were so helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed to do with everything!!!! I had to change the speed of service mid-transaction and they were great in getting her passport here in time for her trip!!! A bit pricey... but when you drop the ball like I did. It is good to know someone out there is happy to make your lack of planning their emergency! Placed order on Sunday, put together packet, called "Rush My Passport" on Monday they went over everything to make sure I was prepared. Hit the necessary stops, and mailed off passport application by 1pm. Passport arrived in my doorstep 2 days later! Just in time. Trip is in 2 days! I hope I never have to use them again, but knowing they are there... just in case... is comforting.read more

Phenomenal service! They walk you through the entire process step-by-step. The directions are clear and concise and include a checklist to ensure you won’t miss a thing. When I called customer service I was on hold for 25 minutes. However, I only had to talk to one person. He was extremely knowledgeable and polite and I felt 100% confident that I would be taken care of. I had less than two weeks to get a passport and it was delivered to my house within five days. The Rush My Passport service is amazing. I had forgotten to update my Passport before leaving the country and only had 2 weeks to do so. Absolutley fantastic service! I had been traveling a fair amount with only a few weeks between trips. This meant I needed expedited service to renew mt passport and wouldn't be able to do it myself. I looked up a few services and went with the Rush My Passport for no apparent reason other than people had said good things. I now know why. Well you have all heard of the occasional "My dog at my homework story" well literally I fly to Mexico 4 days from now and my dog ate my passport. Researched a few companies completely in shock that my trip may be ruined due to this however, BEN FIGUEROA and the group at Rush my passport got the job done. I had urgent need to get my passport ASAP for a work trip. Sent Docs on Tuesday had passport in hand by Thursday! So thankfully, although I cut it close, I was able to get my passport on time! After trying to contact another passport service and getting voice recordings and someone who kept saying "that [should] be OK", I did a little more research and found Rush My Passport and read almost every review. I was glad I did! Not only did I get a person on the line EVERY time I called with a question, they were VERY knowledgeable and that reassured me that they knew exactly what they were talking about. My mother recommended me this company and now I’m recommending this company to everyone. They made everything simple and easy. I had a slight issue in the beginning but it was quickly resolved. My biggest concern was choosing the correct service and what would happen if I went with this company and still didn’t get my passport on time. After a mission trip to Uganda I realized that I had no blank pages in my passport. My next trip overseas was only 6 weeks away and I needed to add pages. Rush My Passport has awesome customer service. They were patient when explaining the instructions as they needed to be followed to the letter. The postmaster on my end mixed up my documents but Rush My Passport followed through with phone calls and emails until it was right. They were still able to deliver my passport within the promised time frame. I must say I was impressed. The fee seemed a little steep for the overnight but I'd have to say it was worth every penny. This was Super Easy and Efficient! Just make sure to follow your check list and sign the form! (I forgot)Do your own final check with there check list before you send it in. (Sign and Date your Form!)Even when I forgot to sign my Form they let me know immediately via email!I overnight shipped the updated form to them and the next day the whole passport renew process started, same day they received the form! A week ago I was reading consumer reviews just like you while thinking is this place for real? And can they really help replace a lost passport? So 7 days later I received the replacement passport. I had roughly 3 weeks to renew my passport. I was recommended to use the services of "Rush My Passport" by a coworker. I just want to say that they patiently walked me through every step of the process. I also "goofed" by taping my passport picture (as wrongly advised by the person taking the passport photo) The application was not accepted and I was QUICKLY contacted by Rush My Passport. I needed to renew my passport in a hurry for a trip to Europe - it was expiring within 6 months. I looked at a couple of services, and this seemed to get the best reviews. Still, putting your passport in a fed ex envelope when you have plane reservations in five days is a leap of faith. Everything went according to plan - I sent off the documents on Monday and had pay passport and passport card on Thursday morning ready for my flight on Saturday. They were very helpful on the phone and walked me through everything to make certain all the items I needed to submit were correct. Expensive, but if you are caught short on time, it works.read more
