Needed to renew my passport for an international trip within 14 days. I filled out the forms after setting up a RMP account and took them with the picture from FedEx to a fedex office and sent out on Friday and received my new passport the following Friday. The update emails from RMP were very helpful. It was a great experience. If I’m being picky the only two negatives were each time I called RMP to ask a question about the forms I was on hold for 20 minutes. But once they answered they helped me thoroughly. I can't speak for other people's experiences. But for mine, oh wow they came through! I ordered the cheapest service but needed my passport within a months time. See, it's my first time out of the country so I was anxious about time. I sent my docs in 11/26/19, got my passport back a week a later! Plus they helped along the way!
