I was worried after seeing alot of really negative reviews, but had a great experience with Rush my passport. The whole process took a week, and was actually really easy. There were a few times when I wasnt quite sure what the next steps were - but used their chat or called them to figure out what to do next. It was expensive but if you need your passport less than the 12-16 weeks that it is currrently taking, it is worth it.read more

This place is L-E-G-I-T! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an expedited service for a passport. Last Saturday, I found out that I had misplaced my passport and my flight leaves on Tuesday. I needed a passport ASAP! Luckily, I found this place and they are extremely helpful on the phone, online, and in person! I immediately signed up on Saturday and had all my documents ready and you would have to call them before getting it sealed by a Passport Agency which was extremely helpful. I got all my documents sent out by Saturday afternoon and on Monday they followed up right away through email saying they received my documents. So I called them to see if it was possible that I could pick up my passport instead of sending it via Fedex and they said Yes! I got my passport and I don't have to miss my flight tomorrow! I highly recommend you have all your documents ready and DOUBLE CHECK that you do.. if you really want it to be expedited. Yes they are pricey but it is worth every penny! I appreciate all the help I got from them! They are friendly and professional :) I definitely will come back if I ever lose my passport in the future (Again)!read more

Nancy, you are a goddess of customer service. This woman just handled a situation in which the customer did not know what a rectangle was. He was hell on bent that no such thing was on the screen on his end. Until he got assistance in figuring out his shapes. She handle the whole situation with grace and through the will of god was able to keep her composure. As worker in the customer service industry I look up to how she handled the entire situation. She made the entire process super easy and helpful even to those who are extremely technically challenged. Rush My Passport, give Nancy as a raise she is truly awesome.
