I’m not sure how people are calling this a scam. The service is excellent if you actually follow the directions and do it right. I did the one week processing and received my passport one week from when I sent all of my documents in. Customer service was also great and super helpful. Ok I know there are some horrible reviews out there but I am telling you DONT listen to these reviews and READ mine:I was terrified to apply with them given the reviews there and I really wanted to my passport asap as am traveling on December 22nd and I said to myself you know what? I have no choice but to take the risk and just pay $600 for the two weeks service and keep praying they are legit and accurate lol. To note, this is my first time passport so I was literally scared to do this and maybe lose my original documents and all.I literally submitted everything, all my documents to rushmypassport on October 28th, they received it on the 29th and it was sent to Govt facility which is the department of state on the 31st. Then, it was officially processed on November 1st at the govt facility. It’s a two weeks service so I was told I will get my passport on the 15th.I woke up this morning of Nov 8th, I promise am not lying, I have a nice envelope from the department of state and as soon as I opened it, my PASSPORT and my ORIGINAL documents are here!!! I am not sure how they did it, but JOB WELL DONE!! I realized my passport had expired 5 weeks before traveling to Canada. I rushed to FedEx and completed all the forms. My passport arrived with ONE day to spare. What a great surprise in my mailbox :). Hard to get updates from the US government, but I trusted the process and you guys delivered. Thank you!!!!read more

I was in quite a bind and needed to renew my passport within one week. It cost a pretty penny, but they pulled it off. I'm grateful to the staff at Rush My Passport for being so helpful and taking each of my anxious calls. The only criticism I have involves the company's reputation: there are so many negative reviews out there. Taking a chance on them was even more stressful than the situation that prompted me to try their service, but I'm glad I did. I hope that moving forward their ratings will improve. I was worried this was a scam after reading a bunch of reviews saying just that, but I needed my passport renewed fast and I didn't have many other options. I have to say, they did what they promised. I got my passport within 6 weeks. I was updated every step of the way and was able to speak to an actual person on their customer service line when I had a question. First off I was glad to know that I'm not the only one in the world who forgets to check their passport before a trip. After panic searching through the web I decided to go with Rush My Passport. I placed my order THEN began to read reviews. At first going through all the comments I was a little skeptical. I carefully read all the instructions, followed up with a phone call and received my passport in 3 days. One day to fill out the D82 form, grab my new photo from CVS, write a check out to the state and mail out to Rush. Two days for Rush to do their end of the job and make the delivery.
