Family in Cuba? Get Passports and Go Visit!

Yesterday,  President Obama announced a slight thaw in the strained relationship between Cuba and the United States.  For the first time in decades, Cuban-Americans with family in Cuba will be allowed to go back and visit as often as they like. They will also be able to send back as much money as they like to their Cuban relatives-as long as the relatives in question aren’t senior government officials or high-ranking members of the Communist Party.
