Beyond Fantastic by Ruth C., March 20, 2012 I was told that I would receive my passport by Friday, March 23rd. It came 3 DAYS EARLY on Tuesday, March 20th. Absolutely beyond fantastic!!! Thank you for all your work and service, Mr. Larney. It is truly appreciated by many in the wedding party as well as by me. (My opinion does not have to be anonymous.) Yours is the only passport expedition company that I will recommend to friends and family members..
Government website slow by James C., March 20, 2012 The government website would not process the DS-11 online so I had to print it out and fill it out by hand but The checklist said to do it online. My application was taken by the agency filled out by hand anyway and i had no problems.
Expedited my sons passport by Conor W., March 21, 2012 We were in a difficult and impossible situation getting my sons passport expedited with CIBT here in Chicago, IL who said they couldn't help us. On Monday, I spoke to Sam and RJ at RushMyPassport who were extremely kind and professional and immediately helped me. We received my sons passport as promised, by Wednesday. Helpful resources section could be bigger by Stephen H., March 27, 2012 I was a little concerned about what would be necessary and how I would go about getting necessary paperwork etc. to you. On a leap of faith I signed up and was pleasantly surprised as to how well thoughtout your process is. It think it would be a good marketing strategy if the Helpful Resources section with checklists and forms were more apparent before signing up because your process is easy and fool proof.

London here we come by Robert H., March 16, 2012 I was in full panic mode due to the fact I am sponsoring/chaperoning a high school trip to London and Paris in three weeks and misread my passport expiration date. We have thousands of dollars invested on this trip and it looked like it would have to be cancelled due to my ignorance. Laurie calmed me down and told me "this is what we do" and not to worry. Then she very carefully took me through ever step of the checklist to ensure I had all the forms filled out correctly. I had my passport by the end of the week thanks to you folks. Thank you isn't enough.
Just under a week by Margeret F., March 16, 2012 Initially I spoke with Jack Gary to get the wheels in motion for an expedited passport renewal. I did call Jack back a couple of times with (probably) willy questions. Once I had sent my passport off my case manager became Sabrina Meyers. Things were explained well enough that I spoke with Sabrina only once, and she was knowledgeable. Just under 1 week from the time I relinquished my passport I received my new one via FedEx. Absolutely, I would recommend your service to friends and family! Thank you!!

Love Email Updates by Vivienne F, March 15, 2012 Loved the periodic emails letting us know what step we were at, eased anxiety and felt like we were in good hands. Suggestion: enlarge/highlight the section on the child passport checklist that requests you bring the child with you. In hindsight, this should have been "a given" but when you're crazed and rushing, one might not realize/think of it. We almost went to the "acceptance agent" without our daughter. Thank goodness a woman at her daycare told us we needed to bring her! Otherwise, a very thorough and well thought-out process! Thank you!

I know there was nothing that could be done at that hour but to have a voice tell me that it could be done would have relieved a lot of the anxiety that night. He answered all of my questions on the phone and replied to a question emailed to him in a very timely manner. The passport renewal was processed even more quickly than I anticipated.
