Oh, Chris, that must be so frustrating! You didn’t apply through us, so we don’t have any way of tracking your application. Have you received any letters from the government regarding your application?

The next step is to try and find out what happened to your application. Call the National Passport Center at 1-877-4-USA-PPT (1-877-487-2778)

i sit this hard for every AMERICAN citizen to get a passport. I am an american citizen.I would love to see other places,but feel as if the US has imprisoned me.

have attempted to recieve a passport four or five times. i have paid the amount of money each time, and have never been successful in recieving a passport.

i had followed all instructions to the “T”! I HAD PROVIDED ALL INFORMATION REQUESTED. i had checked off each and every step from instructions issued from the government in order to recieve my passport,and still have been turned down.

i have called and asked what the problem was and had been promissed a call back,just to have been hung up on and never contacted.

can you advise what my next step would be?
would someone in my situation who has tried four or five times and who has paid four or five times still be required to pay again and again?

please send me information on what my next step would be.
