Is it possible to get a passport in one day? Same day passport processing is definitely available, but the amount of time it will take for you to actually get your passport depends on several different factors.

Hi Terra,

Usually, we can help you if you have a pending application, but it has to be 24 hour, next day, or priority service. The best thing to do would be to call us at 1 (866) 682-1505 or chat live with one of our operators. They'll be able to go over everything with you-just make sure to tell them you already have an application pending.

Thanks, and have a great trip!

1. Terra Your comment is awaiting moderation.

I already mailed in my passport renewal through my local post office,
along with my 2 kids new applications for passports, ages 3 & 5.
I should have expedited mine. We could still go on our planned
trip on June 13 if I at least have mine.

Can you help me if I have already sent it in?

The childrens passports do not seem as important because we are
driving. I read on your website:

“The only groups of people who will still be
able to cross the border using birth certificates after this date
will be children under 16 traveling with family”
